We started providing the services by pointing out the 748 locations that need POS systems upgraded. We also included more than 4000 registers, pin pads, and above 1000 servers.
Every system needs to have a required RAM and up-to-date software to meet the security requirements. It becomes more difficult to have uniform upgraded POS at every location as technology specifications vary from place to place.
Reigner Technology accepts the challenge to maintain the upgraded systems uniformly at all the locations where POS is installed.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
Equipment imagery is made with the help of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
During the installation of the devices, or servers Reigner Technology link each device to the customer’s domain through the premium static VPN utilizing the minimal time on site.
Processed returned equipment and appropriately:
- Logged all returns
- Removed hardware is again deployed
- After the evaluation of returned assets, we prepare them for disposal and remarketing
- As per NAID standards all the old equipment is disposed.

EQUIPMENT DEPLOYMENT
Our IT experts installs a new POS at every location in the replacement of existing register PCs with the upgraded software. Pins pads and servers installation is also kept on our first priority.
